"Brought right size silencer plug for new dirt to counter and made the mistake of letting a kid, who has not been alive as long as I’ve been racing motocross... talk me into different size. Turns out the one I originally had was right size and the one he insisted on was incorrect. My mistake for letting it happen....but had a new pit bull puppy waiting in truck and was in middle of super busy day .Was on way to shop to pick up brand new ktm 300 2 stroke....luckily it did not rain. Still had to return to store to return. Won’t be going back unless desperate."

"This is the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. One staff member “forgot” several times that he had said he’d be with us in a few minutes...and then wandered off literally mid-sentence. The assistant manager then tried to assist with a return transaction, something she did not know how to do. Every time you objected to something she said, her answer was “this is not an argument”, as if someone had taught her that that was a magic phrase to settle any matter. Never going back to this location."
